Understanding what can and cannot be returned
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned items. You'll receive email confirmation once processing begins.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For pay-on-delivery orders, we'll process an EFT to your provided bank account.
We provide prepaid return labels for defective items. For other returns, return shipping costs are deducted from your refund amount.
We offer direct exchanges for different sizes or similar products. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange instead of a return.
